PENDLETON — A Pendleton woman stepped up to help during a stranger’s mental health crisis in early March.
Pendra Ogilvie on March 1 was driving along Reith Road, taking the long way to her job at Boutique Air, when she saw a suburban truck stopped in the road with its four-way indicator lights on.
