PENDLETON — The Pendleton Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing woman.
Emma K. Byers, 28, went missing the night of March 7, 2024, police reported. She was last seen at about 11 p.m. that night walking toward Interstate 84 near milepost 210.
