PENDLETON — The city of Pendleton has delayed the closure of Southwest Hailey Avenue for asphalt patching until Wednesday, Nov. 2.
The delay is due to a breakdown at the plant providing the asphalt for the patching, according to Pendleton Public Works Superintendent Jeff Brown.
