PENDLETON — The city of Pendleton has started a campaign to help make residents more aware of flood zones and planning.
“Planning for any type of emergency event is foremost, ” Public Works Director Bob Patterson said in a press release. “In the case of flooding, visit ready.gov and have plastic Visqueen and duct tape on hand to help protect your structure.”
