Pendleton’s ambitious city and state street projects near completion

PENDLETON — Pendleton Public Works Director Bob Patterson said the city’s punch list of items needing attention should wrap up before the end of the year.

“Our contractors have been phenomenal,” he said. “It has been a pleasure to work with them.”
