Pendleton’s aquifer recharge provides clean water to residents

PENDLETON — Pendleton residents drink water older than Great Pyramid of Giza.

The Great Pyramid is almost 4,600 years old. Pendleton Public Works Director Bob Patterson said the water the city of Pendleton puts into the ground and brings out for thirsty residents is a little older.
