WESTON — Oregon State Police arrested a College Place man for firing a gun into the air while having a possible mental episode.
An OSP trooper was assisting at a structure fire Monday evening, July 3, at Highway 11 and Spring Hollow Road in Adams when a call came in at about 8:40 p.m. about a male at Highway 204 and Highway 11 near Weston running around frantically and shooting a gun in the air.
