IRRIGON — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office reported it arrested a Boardman man after he shot at a man on May 1 at a service station.
Jose Carlos Gonzalez, 37, remains in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, on numerous charges, including attempted kidnapping.
