Elmira High All-League Guard Signs With Titans

Jadenn Blunt, 5’5″ senior guard from Elmira High School has signed a letter of intent to play for the Lane Women’s Basketball program.

Blunt was a first team All- Sky Em league selection this year, following honorable mention selections in her junior and freshman campaigns. This season, Jandenn averaged 10.6 ppg, 6.6 rpg, 3.9 apg and 3.1 spg for the falcons.

Off the court, Jadenn complied a 3.4 GPA during her high school career.

GRESHAM — The Lane men’s track and field team scored 185 1/2 points to edge out Spokane at the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges championship meet Tuesday.
The Titans, who won their sixth straight men’s crown, got off to a quick start by winning Tuesday’s first race on the track, the 4×100-meter relay, with anchor runner Jacoby McNamara getting the baton with runners from Clark and Clackamas even with him on both sides.

Megan Fossen, 5’10” forward from North Medford High School, Medford, Oregon has signed a letter of intent to play basketball at Lane CC next year. Megan was selected as the Player of the Year in the Southwest Conference and was a first team 6A All-State selection.

Robbie Ahlstrom tossed a four-hit shutout, striking out eight, to lead Chemeketa to a 2-1 victory over Lane in the second game of an NWAC Southern Region baseball doubleheader on Friday.

Harlee Baker, 5’10” guard from Sutherlin High School has signed a letter of intent to play basketball with the Lady Titans.
Harlee missed most of her senior season for the Bulldogs, suffering an ACL tear early in the year.

SALEM — Junior Perez singled home Austin Gerding in the bottom of the seventh inning Tuesday to give Chemeketa a 4-3 NWAC baseball victory over Lane.
The Titans (19-16, 13-6 NWAC) led 3-2 entering the bottom of the sixth inning, but the Storm (10-25, 7-14) scored once in the sixth and once in the seventh to win the game.
Bryce Mulcahy and Hank Forrest each had two hits for Lane, which was outhit 8-6.
