E-Bike Expo

Spend a Friday night checking out a wide variety of e-bike models all in one place. Meet local makers and shop owners, try a ride or two, talk with Eugenians using their e-bikes for their commute or to haul their kids to school, learn the rules of the road, and so much more. If you are interested in E-bike test rides, local bike shops, local E-bike makers, food trucks and free childcare then this event is for you! This free event is hosted by City of Eugene Transportation and open to everyone.

Oregon State Sporting Clays Championships

The Oregon State Championship is held at various locations across the state each year, 2021 will be held at the Cottage Grove Sportsmen’s Club.  This will be a fun and challenging event for dedicated marksmen and a great show for spectators. Events will include trap and skeet for masters, AA, A, and E levels ranging from junior to adult categories.

Stray Cast Improv in Kesey Square

Brice Creek Falls Hike with Willamalane and the Obsidians

Explore nearby nature on this guided group hikes offered by Willamalane in partnership with Obsidians. A 4-5 mile out-and-back along the scenic and rocky Brice Creek. The trail winds through old growth forest before heading adjacent to the Brice Creek canyon and then to an overlook on a beautiful waterfall. Elevation gain is less than 500 feet. Hike leaders will provide guidance and narration on the hike. Transportation and water are included.

Tokatee Golf Club Fireworks Celebration

Tokatee Golf Club will celebrate its 55th anniversary with a golf tournament and festivities. Grab a drink from the beergarden and a bite from food trucks, listen to live music and watch the fireworks at dusk at this beautiful golf course near the McKenzie River.

U.S. Olympic Race Walk Trials

Reserve your space along the official race walk course to enjoy the race, cheer on athletes, and share your Olympic spirit. The course will weave through downtown Springfield, and fans can cheer on the competitors! The reservation comes with a Race Walk Kit, which includes noisemakers for the race, information about a Race Walk athlete, and material to make your sign to support that athlete. The kit has a $10-$12 deposit, which will be refunded when you show us your reservation at the event.

Race Walk Clinics

Learn how to race walk! These race walk clinics will teach you the fundamentals of race walking and give you an in-depth understanding of this unique Olympic sport. Participants will learn from professional race walk coaches during the clinic. Youth race walking is offered at the first two afternoon sessions. Adult race walking is offered at the 5 – 6 p.m. session.

Children who register will also have the chance to participate in an event after the official Race Walk Finals on Saturday, June 26.

Join “Team 5am Running Madness” at Nike By Eugene for runs through the streets and trails of TrackTown USA. Each day their is a different route.

Collect raffle tickets during each run and win prizes daily, and come back on the last day for a massive giveaway — where they’ll raffle off COROS Global PACE 2 watches. The more runs you come to, the more chances you’ll have at winning a PACE 2. You’ll also have the opportunity to check out demo watches to run with, and earn even more raffle tickets by doing so.

Runs start and end at the Nike store (please note the store itself will be closed on June 18).
