Baker County District Attorney Greg Baxter continues to seek to have the 17-year-old suspect in a fatal shooting this summer in Baker City tried as an adult.
The suspect, who remains in custody in a detention center in The Dalles, is accused of killing another juvenile male on July 13 in the parking lot at the Baker Technical Institute, on the Baker High School campus.
