PENDLETON — Heidi L. Neal filed for mayoral candidacy Feb. 29, and withdrew March 15, citing “increased personal commitments” on the form.
She was the third candidate to enter and the only to withdraw thus far, leaving McKennon McDonald and Joseph Hull still in the running for mayor.
