THE WEATHER PATTERN:

An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge will helped keep out the rain for a short while. Now it’s back to rain.The graphics for days 1-3  show a new complex frontal system will moved through Oregon today bringing rain for Valentine’s Day. The graphics for days 3-7   Saturday through Wednesday show active weather with complex frontal systems  approaching the Pacific Northwest.
