PENDLETON — Umatilla and Morrow counties are prepared for the general election Tuesday, Nov. 8.
Umatilla County Election Division workers, sheriff’s deputies or retired deputies bring in ballots from drop boxes daily, Election Manager Kim Lindell said. Most boxes are covered by surveillance cameras.
