MILTON-FREEWATER — The victim of the robbery Sunday evening, Feb. 18, at a Milton-Freewater restaurant has died.
Milton-Freewater Police Chief Joe Shurtz confirmed the fatality Feb. 20 in a press release. Shurtz, however, has not reported the identity of the victim.
