WALLA WALLA — Students in Morrow, Umatilla, Union and Wallowa counties now have the opportunity to attend Walla Walla Community College free of tuition and fees.
The college in a press release Thursday, June 15, announced it is expanding its Warrior Pledge pilot program to include new students from 15 counties in Washington, Oregon and Idaho who otherwise could not afford to attend college.
