BOARDMAN — The Boardman City Council is looking to fill a vacancy after Councilor Isaac Williams resigned at the Tuesday, Sept. 5, council meeting.
The 36-year-old Williams, whose term was to expire Dec. 31, 2026, faces a charge of third-degree sexual abuse in connection with an alleged relationship he had with a 17-year-old prior to joining the council in 2021, according to Morrow County District Attorney Justin Nelson.
