PENDLETON — Pendleton police responded to to 10 vehicle crashes by 3:20 p.m. on a snowy Monday, Dec. 5, one of which involved a patrol car, PPD Chief Charles Byram said.
“The crashes were concentrated in the hills, of course,” Byram said. “No injuries resulted, just property damage. I guess that’s what we have insurance for. But it’s a lot for us to handle in one day, with our normal workload.”
