PENDLETON — A Tri-Cities developer on Sept. 11 bought a 15-acre lot of the Sage Hill phase one subdivision in southeast Pendleton for $475,000.
Derek Barfuss, owner of Blue Ridge Construction Co., sold the lot to 7HA Pasco LLC, of Richland, Washington. The property has room for about 45 buildable house lots.
