A 19-year-old woman has been arrested and faces a federal allegation stemming from the theft of a trailer filled with 35 firearms, mostly rifles, that had been on display at a gun show in Portland last weekend and snatched from a hotel parking lot on Hayden Island Monday morning, federal authorities said.
