HERMISTON — Beginning next school year, all Hermiston School District students will be able to eat lunch at school for free.
That’s because each of the schools within the district will participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs, starting the 2023-24 school year.
