PENDLETON — The city of Pendleton on Monday, Oct. 31, is closing a portion of Southwest Hailey Avenue for asphalt patching.

The city announced the closure should last 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. along the 2000 block of Southwest Hailey Avenue from Southgate to Southwest 27th Street. Detour signs will direct traffic to use Southwest 30th Street off Southgate, allowing the use of Southwest 28th, 29th or 30th streets to reach Hailey Avenue.
