ATHENA — Four renters in Athena have filed a lawsuit accusing their out-of-state landlord of jacking up their rent hundreds of dollars with insufficient and even zero notice.
Ed and Lynn Zohn and Desi and Dero Reed, all of Athena, are seeking $3,630 from Paul and Teresa Kelly, of Coolidge, Arizona, according to the pleading attorney Wade Bettis filed Thursday, June 6, in Umatilla County Circuit Court.
