SALEM — The Oregon Energy Facility Siting Council will hear a proposal from Idaho Power for an amendment to its site certificate for the Idaho-based utility’s Boardman to Hemingway transmission line.
The proposed changes include adding 1,036 acres to the site boundary to allow for the adjustment of three transmission line route segments, approximately 8.8 miles total, and road locations, totaling about 45.9 miles.
