PENDLETON — The Morrow County Road Department has started preparations for a major improvement project on the Blue Mountain Scenic Byway, thanks to funding from the Great American Outdoors Act.
The collaborative effort between the Umatilla National Forest and the Morrow County Road Department aims to enhance public access along the popular scenic route.
