PENDLETON — Blue Mountain Community College President Mark Browning thanked Don Rice and Jane Hill, two retiring members of the BMCC Board of Education, for their years of service as the college prepares to welcome two new board members.
“I have very much enjoyed working with both Don Rice and Jane Hill,” he said. “Jane was the board chair when I was hired two years ago. Don became the chair right as I came in. We’ve enjoyed a very good relationship.”
