PENDLETON — Blue Mountain Community College President Mark Browning said the 2022-23 school year was remarkable and the graduating Class of 2023 showed positive signs of adapting to change.

“This is a year where it feels like we’re finding our new routine now just one more year removed from both the unofficial and official end of the coronavirus pandemic,” he said. “For students, they’re finding a groove between online and in-person classes. Hybrid courses are working for them.”
