Bootstraps BBQ Soul Food & Catering is operating in the Electric Sundown building at 14 S.E. Byers Ave. Barbecue grills flag the opening. Owner and operator Charles Thompkins said the property will allow him to make an impressive launch into the Pendleton restaurant market.
