PENDLETON — Pendleton Convention Center General Manager Pat Beard said his booming business can disappoint some people.
At the same time, Beard told the Pendleton City Council at its workshop Jan. 23 he is excited to be hosting “Two Cultures — One Community” powwow at the convention center Feb. 23-25.
