More than 35 local makers, builders and artisans will display their goods — from candles to cuisine — at the Lumberjacked Spring Makers Market on Saturday, May 21, in Southeast Portland.

The free event from noon to 6 p.m. in the lumberyard of Sustainable Northwest Wood, 2701 S.E. 14th Ave., is being organized by Assemblage (formerly Makers Union PDX), a volunteer group that has hosted a pop-up shop and block party to make it easy to buy directly from Oregon crafters.
