Eugene Police Street Crimes Unit is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect, Shayla Kaylawray Bennett, age 29. Bennett has a nationwide, full-extradition warrant. She is wanted for Failure to Appear for Child Neglect in the First Degree, Possession of Heroin – Commercial Offense, and other controlled substance possession offenses.
Please note: Bennett often colors her hair other colors such as purple and blue.
