PENDLETON — With warming weather bringing the potential for flooding, the city of Pendleton again urges residents to prepare in case a flood warning comes.
To help make residents more aware of flood zones and planning, the the city in February began a flood awareness campaign, which includes a page on the city’s website and social media postings.
