JOHN DAY — There were smiles and greetings all around as the irresistible smell of roast turkey and fresh-baked pies permeated the dining hall.
The feeling was festive as residents gathered together at the John Day Senior Center for a Christmas dinner put on for the community on Monday, Dec. 25.
