PENDLETON — Severe winter conditions and multiple crashes have led to the shutdown of the eastbound side of Interstate 84 between La Grande and Pendleton.
The Oregon Department of Transportation reported it closed the freeway from Exit 216, 6 miles east of Pendleton, to La Grande, and closed Highway 204 to all nonlocal traffic.
