MISSION — The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation announced it is opening its latest housing project.
Rotschy Construction in February 2022 broke ground on the infrastructure construction for the new Nixyaawii Neighborhood, a 12-acrre neighborhood south of the Nixyaawii Education Center and Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center. CTUIR on Thursday, June 1, holds a ribbon cutting 2-6 p.m. to celebrate the completion of Nixyaawii Neighborhood and Timine Way North Apartments.
