WASHINGTON — Three tribes in Oregon are to receive more than $2.3 million in U.S. Justice Department Grants, including almost $600,000 to the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation.

U.S. Sens. Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley on Friday, Sept. 29, announced the three tribes secured the funding to provide services and promote justice for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and trafficking.
