HERMISTON — Hugo Covarrubias is OK being different.
Hugo, 14, is just like his classmates in a lot of ways. He loves sneakers, he’s a huge Seattle Seahawks football fan and his favorite class is physical education. His favorite sports are football and basketball, though football is taking the lead right now. Hugo plays it in the yard with his older brother and likes playing sports video games in his spare time.
