HEPPNER — The Morrow County election to recall county Commissioners Jim Doherty and Melissa Lindsay is tight.
Unofficial results the county clerk’s office posted at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, show 1,252 yes votes to recall Doherty to 1,127 against.
