UMATILLA COUNTY — Umatilla County Commissioner Dan Dorran faces a challenge to his bid for reelection from Hermiston resident Alan M. Heel.
Dorran is running for a second term for Position 3 on the Umatilla County Board of Commissioners. Before starting as commissioner in January 2021, Dorran worked as an executive for Atlas Copco, a manufacturing and engineering firm.
