PENDLETON — A Yakima man is behind bars for almost three years after pleading guilty to killing a man in a crash in 2022 near Ukiah.
Jakob Michael Moser, 31, pleaded guilty Wednesday, March 27, in Umatilla County Circuit Court in Pendleton to criminally negligent homicide and driving under the influence of intoxicants.
