PENDLETON — The East Oregonian newspaper building at 211 SE Byers Ave. will be sold to Community Action Program of East Central Oregon, effective Dec. 29.
The 23,000 square foot building has been the East Oregonian’s home since 1957 and was sold for $2.15 million.
