MILTON-FREEWATER — Milton-Freewater has a new temporary assistant city manager.
The city council voted Monday, Nov. 13, to tap City Recorder Leanne Steadman for the role. That position begins Dec. 1 and will be reevaluated in May, City Manager Linda Hall said in an email.
