PENDLETON — Bracing the 101 degree heat Saturday, July 15, fans filled the Pendleton Round-Up Grounds for the 2023 Pendleton Whisky Music Fest.
Attendees from as far as Washington and Idaho trickled in throughout the afternoon until packing the grounds like sardines for the nostalgic hits of rapper Flo Rida and the country sounds of headliner Kane Brown. Fans also gave this years fest a mix bag of hot takes.
