Eugene, OR. Eugene Springfield Fire is on scene of an apartment fire at Willamette Gardens 3540 Kinsrow Ave in East Eugene. Firefighters were called to reports of fire on the 4th floor of a 4 story apartment building at 3:10 PM on Tuesday June 11th. Arriving crews found fire on a 4th floor balcony in apartment 406. A search of the involved apartment found no victims and the fire was contained to the exterior of the balcony area. The fire is under investigation.
