A Halfway woman died in a single vehicle crash on Highway 86 in eastern Baker County early on Monday, Jan. 30.
Amber Hampton, 30, was driving a 2015 Ford Edge when she failed to negotiate a curve and struck a rock outcropping, according to Oregon State Police.
