HERMISTON — Hermiston Police Department Lt. Randell A. “Randy” Studebaker, 44, died Monday, Sept. 25, after a long battle with cancer.
Studebaker was born Dec. 28, 1978, in El Paso, Texas, but was raised in McMinnville, Oregon, where as a young teenager he served as a cadet with the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office and Carlton Police Department.
