HERMISTON — Hermiston Police Department Lt. Randell A. “Randy” Studebaker, 44, died Monday, Sept. 25, due to cancer.
Studebaker was born Dec. 28, 1978, in El Paso, Texas, but was raised in McMinnville, where as a young teenager he served as a cadet with the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office and Carlton Police Department.
