HERMISTON — Hermiston police Monday, Oct. 24, arrested Alejandro Perez-Garcia, 27, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and felony hit-and-run.
According to the Hermiston Police Department, the offense happened at about 4:48 p.m. at the intersection of Southwest 11th Street and West Highland Avenue when a vehicle struck a 61-year-old Hermiston man who was riding a bicycle.
