HERMISTON — Hermiston police Monday night, Nov. 14, arrested a man after he crashed his vehicle head-on into another vehicle.
Hermiston Police Chief Jason Edmiston also reported Daniel Henry Wilson, 58, tried to run over the vehicle’s occupant.
