Hermiston to add left-turn lanes to North Fourth Street

HERMISTON — There will soon be dedicated left-turn lanes for north and southbound traffic on Fourth Street in Hermiston.

To accommodate the new turn lanes, portions of East Fourth Street will be designated as No Parking zones in the vicinity where it intersects with Main Street. As a result, seven on-street commercial parking spaces within the area will be eliminated.
